This is as somewhat librarian-like response to my last post. I've shared this with some of the UW folk in the past, but I thought that everyone should have the opportunity to check out this article:

You can find it indexed in the database Business Source Elite and fulltext through Sage Publications online. It is absolutely hilarious. I've even used it with students so that they can see that some of the things that drive them crazy about their peer-workshop groups are sometimes the same things that annoy editors and academics about other academics. That, and I have an odd sense of humor. At least, that would be the polite way to describe it.
